Blocked In

You have lived your entire life in the well, and you are happy. You have bricks to rest on, water to swim in, mud to lay in on the hot afternoons. Well... you were happy.

Recently a turtle told you that the well only felt so great because your world is so small. You tried to brush it off, but every day since you've looked up at the sun beaming down through the well's small, round opening and thought, What if I am missing something? What if I've spent my whole life Blocked In?

You decide it's time to escape the well.
